1) Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not violate any applicable laws or regulations. We may refuse service, suspend access, or cancel orders at our discretion where permitted by law.

2) Brand Disclaimer & Trademarks

This website and its operators are not affiliated with, sponsored by, authorized by, or endorsed by any brand mentioned. All brand names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification and descriptive purposes.

Any references to brands on the Site are intended to describe products and should not be interpreted as an official partnership or endorsement.

3) Products & Availability

All products are offered subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or change product descriptions and images at any time without notice. Colors and appearance may vary due to device settings and lighting.

4) Pricing & Payments

Prices are shown in CRC and may change at any time. Taxes, duties, and shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated at checkout. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud, unauthorized activity, or pricing/technical errors are suspected.

5) Orders, Acceptance, and Cancellations

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is not accepted until we confirm it and/or it is processed for shipment. We may cancel or limit orders for any reason permitted by law, including stock issues, suspected fraud, or errors.

6) Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Rare Capsule is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events outside our control. You are responsible for ensuring your shipping address is correct. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery (or as required by law in your jurisdiction).

7) All Sales Final (No Returns Policy)

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed, except where required by applicable law.

Damaged/Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. If approved, we may offer a replacement (if available) or store credit at our discretion.

8) Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (including text, graphics, logos, designs, and product photos) is owned by or licensed to Rare Capsule and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit Site content without our prior written permission.

9) User Content

If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content, you grant Rare Capsule a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, and display that content for business and marketing purposes, unless prohibited by law. 16) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in Alajuela, unless otherwise required by law.
